Creating a Meeting Invitation from the Calendar

When you enter iCollaborate you will be in the “Dashboard” area. Locate the calendar (under the “Home” menu).


In the calendar area, choose the red “New Event” button

When you create the invitation, choose the roomtype from among the four options.

Choose Room Type

Please note that dates and times are in European format in iCollaborate (we will be adding US time conventions sometime in 2015). Dates are in Day/Month/Year format and times are written without AM or PM (for example, 2:00 PM is written as 14:00).
